If, in a Bond movie, you needed to film a scene where there was a fight in a business class lounge, you might build a set at Pinewood resembling a business class lounge. It would have MDF where a real lounge would have walnut; there would be coloured or white plastic where a proper lounge would have marble, or possibly porcelain. What you would in fact end up with would be a large room that strongly resembles British Airways' North Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 5. Add a bunch of self-satisfied Daily Mail readers as extras, and the resemblance would be perfect.
